CIA Masters Collection 2 Piece Saute Pan Set Review
Let me start by saying I'm a little spoiled when it comes to cookware.
I have used too many brands of cookware to remember over the years. My favorite being Mauviel, from France. I needed a couple of frying pans to replace some Allclad pans that had the bottom disks separate from the top (don't get me started). These CIA pans are well designed and thought out. They are easy to handle, good quality overall, my only complaint is for a 7-ply pan I thought there would be a little more substance to them. Again, I am comparing them to Mauviel which are more expensive. Hope that helps.
