This Cookware Saucepan Covered 2.4 Quart Stay-Cool In Stainless (95031) by MIU France is commercial quality cookware, constructed with a heavy gauge stainless steel body to prevent any interaction with food. The bottom is then fitted with a stainless steel encapsulated 0.5mm aluminum disk for even heat conductivity. A stay-cool handle is then spot welded so you do not burn your hands. An added benefit is that the cookware can be used on your induction top cook-top. To prevent scratches, use a silicone spatula when scraping the sides of the pan. Both the pot and lid are finished with a high polished surface and is Dishwasher safe.
