It is constructed with a heavy gauge stainless steel body and fitted with stainless steel encapsulated 0.5mm aluminum disk for even heat conductivity. A stay-cool handle is then spot welded to the pan for ease of handling. This pan can be used on gas, electric, or induction top cook-tops. Both the pot and lid is dishwasher safe.
